Bloom Bundle Menu for March 29

The days are getting longer, the cherry blossoms are making an appearance and spring is just around the corner. And with that, more vibrant produce is coming into season. What an exciting time! With this little change in season, we’re also making a minor change to the way the Bloom Bundle works. We’ll be shifting to a menu that offers protein options included within the base price, however, we will still offer add-ons for the dishes that are designed to be fully vegetarian, because it’s always great to eat more plants and be more friendly to our planet.

So when you make your order this week, you will be prompted to enter in your protein preferences. Don’t forget to put your order in here by 9pm Friday for delivery or pick up on March 29.

Almost Spring Nourish Bowl
Roasted carrot, roasted red onion, avocado, pistachio, arugula and Flourist golden quinoa, Fresh orange & confit garlic vinaigrette, topped with organic ginger citrus marinated Tempea tempeh or chicken

Creamy Mushroom, Potato & Wild Rice Soup
Wild mushrooms, yukon gold potatoes, wild rice, paprika, dill

Fried Freekeh with Spring Veggies

Organic Freekeh, tofu or salmon, scallions, edamame beans, peas, sugar snaps, asparagus, JUST egg 

West African Peanut Stew
Sweet potato, peanut, collard greens, chickpeas, brown rice, cilantro, lime

Black Sesame Banana Bread
Organic black sesame seeds & bananas, coconut oil, oat milk, coconut sugar
