The Nourished Postpartum Meal Packages

That’s why Bloom offers Nourished Postpartum Meal Packages, specifically designed for the early days of postpartum recovery. Each menu is designed with the specific nutrients needed to recover from birth, replete lost nutrients during pregnancy, and support lactation.

This is what is included each week:

Ginger fried rice with pasture raised organic eggs, scallions, ginger, chicken thigh, sesame oil
Oxtail Stew with mushroom, onion, oxtail, tomato, carrot, garlic, thyme. Served with creamy mashed potatoes.
Black Garlic Eggplant & Tofu watercress, black garlic sauce, eggplant, tofu, shiitake mushroom,  jasmine rice
Chicken, red date & ginger soup with free range organic chicken, onion, ginger, carrot, red dates, goji berries.
PB & Black Sesame Bliss Balls made with organic peanut butter, black sesame, sprouted oats, chia seeds, and hemp hearts. Lightly sweetened with maple syrup.
