Introducing the Bloom Bundle. A weekly curated selection of meals, with a focus on warming, healing and seasonal plant-forward foods to support postpartum mamas and their families.
Each bundle will include your choice of 4, 8 or 12 meals with protein choices, plus a snack.

Tofu or salmon, sesame soba noodles, peas, asaparagus, radish, citrus ponzu dressing
Chickpea / Tuna Nicoise Bowl
Marinated chickpeas / tuna, cherry tomato, capers, olives, egg, green beans, Greens, cucumber, potato, lemony Dijon dressing
White Bean Chicken Chilli (GF / DF)
Organic chicken, white bean, jalapeno, kale, cilantro, lime, tortilla crisps
Baharat Spiced Chicken / Chickpea Bowl (V / GF / DF)
Baharat spiced roasted chicken / chickpeas, roasted squash with crispy sage and honey,
Thai Coconut Milk BBQ Chicken / Tofu ( V / GF / DF)
Coconut milk & curry paste marinated chicken / Tofu, jasmine rice, stirfried veggies
Nourishing Cantonese Chicken Rice (GF / DF)
Chicken thigh, lily buds, cloud ear mushroom, shiitake mushroom, red dates, savoury soy sauce, served with rice & garlic green beans
Chocolate Chip Muffin Drops
Sprouted oats, chocolate chips, lentil, coconut sugar, whole grain flour
(V)- Vegan option available (GF)- Gluten Friendly ** (DF)- Dairy Free
