Bloom Bundle Menu for March 8

Thank you to everyone who ordered our first week. To be honest, I was really nervous no one would order—hello, imposter syndrome. But you did. And I feel so grateful to be nourishing so many people. So here is our next menu. Put your order in here by 9pm for delivery or pick up on March 8.

Brown Rice & Lentil Congee Bowl
Slow cooked in a vegetable and kombu broth, topped with sesame oil, tamari, wakame, avocado, sauteed bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, Pure Earth Superfoods lactofermented carrots and kolrabi (2 servings) Add a pasture raised soy marinated egg for $2 or 4oz sockeye salmon for $5 per serving

Loaded Veggie Miso Purple Barley Soup
Flourist purple barley, carrots, mushroom, celery, tomatoes, cabbage, kale. Served with Sourdough baguette. (2 servings) Add Organic chicken for $5 per serving

Korean Rainbow Veggie Mung Bean Pancakes
Korean Mungbean pancakes with shredded carrots, red cabbage, zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, served with bean sprouts, vinegar dipping sauce, kimchi (2 servings) Add Ground Organic chicken for $5 per serving

Sri Lankan Chickpea Curry
Flourist Chickpeas in a mild tomato and coconut curry. Served with cumin spiced basmati rice and lemon coriander roasted cauliflower. Topped with cilantro. (2 servings) Sub Organic chicken for $5 per serving

Loaded Trail Mix Cookies with sprouted oats, walnuts, hemp, chia, dried cranberries, almond flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips (6 servings)
