Bloom Bundle Menu for March 15
I’ve been getting a lot of inquiries about whether the Bloom Bundle is only for Postpartum Mothers, and so I thought I’d talk a little bit about it here.
When I started thinking about this new offering, I had postpartum mothers in mind. But I also had busy working families in mind as well. While there are many nutrients that I focus on here that will nourish postpartum mothers, they are also nutrients that are beneficial for all. I’ll be doing a post separately that will focus on all the nutrients and ingredients I focus on in each menu, but rest assured, anyone can order and enjoy these meals, not just people who have recently given birth.
So here is our next menu. Put your order in here by 9pm Friday for delivery or pick up on March 15.
Roasted Brassica Ceasar Bowl
Roasted broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, massaged kale, smokey tempeh, cashew caper Caesar dressing. Topped with hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, GF sourdough croutons. (2 servings) Add 4oz sockeye salmon or chicken for $5 per serving
Warming Red Lentil Dhal
Flourist split red lentils, zucchini, carrots, butternut squash, cauliflower, spinach. Served on a bed of cumin basmati rice. (2 servings) Add Organic chicken or sockeye salmon for $5 per serving
Oaxaca Burrito Bowl
Chipotle roasted sweet potatoes and bell peppers, spiced black beans and rice, beet and cabbage slaw, salsa fresca, avocado, topped with maple pecans (2 servings) Add shredded chicken for $5 per serving
Lentil Bolognese
Flourist Laird lentil bolognese loaded with veggies (onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini) over butternut squash noodles. Topped with cashew parmasen. (2 servings)
Tahini Bites
Sprouted Oat flour, dates, coconut, cinnamon, sesame seeds (6 servings)
