Bloom Bundle Menu for April 12

Spring in Vancouver can be like that toxic relationship that was hot and cold, where you didn’t know what to expect. One minute it’s beautiful, and the next it’s a torrential rainstorm. That’s why during this transitional season it’s important as ever to support our immunity with warming and nourishing foods.

This week’s menu does just that but with a spring flair. Think of it as the best of both worlds…your friend with benefits. (lol). And…back by popular demand, we’ve got the Signature PB Black Sesame Bliss Balls! I’ll also be adding these as an option for add-on starting next week.

Menu for April 12

Spring Minestrone Soup
Peas, new potatoes, artichoke hearts, asparagus, chickpeas, greens, pecorino (optional)

Lemongrass Noodle Bowl 
Rice vermicelli, red cabbage, carrots, snap peas, greens, cilantro, lemongrass vinaigrette, choice of chicken, tofu or tempeh

Fajita Fiesta Bowls
Sautéed peppers, onion and mushrooms, spiced black beans, tomato salsa, ,corn, lime rice, sour cream, guacamole, choice of shredded chicken or marinated tofu 

Miso Claypot Udon
Fresh udon noodles, 24 hour broth, red miso, wild mushroom, tofu puffs, bok choy, shiso, choice of chicken or tofu 

Signature Peanut Butter & Black Sesame Bliss Balls 
One Degree Organic Sprouted Oats, Organic peanut butter, black sesame, hemp hearts, coconut, chia seeds. Lightly sweetened with maple syrup.
